Aurora Lamb – 60 day grain-fed Tasmanian lamb
Aurora Lamb is a premium grain-fed lamb produced in Tasmania. Fed for a minimum of 60 days on a special high protein diet, we believe Aurora Lamb is unique.
There are no added hormones, no growth promotants, no antibiotics or anything artificial given to the animals at anytime while they are at our farm. Tasmania prohibits genetically modified crops and is one of the most pristine environments in the world.
Cressy Farm range
The Cressy Farm range has been developed in response to local demand for value-added products. The range is caters to both food service and retail customers and is only available domestically.
The Cressy Farm range includes smallgoods, value-added (eg marinated) Aurora Lamb products and pre-cooked frozen meals in catering size packs. There is also a small packaged range of ready-to-cook meals for the chilled section in gourmet supermarkets.
