Cressy Farm is our line of value added products. Using Aurora Lamb to create ready-to-cook meals, smallgoods and marinated roasts we offer a range of items for food service and retail outlets.
The small ready-to-cook range of lamb dishes are currently available in Tasmania. Using packaging that allows a shelf life of 10 days, this line can boost your retail offering of easy to prepare meals in minutes. Perfect for the chilled section in gourmet deli’s and specialty supermarkets.
The vacuum packed range is more comprehensive and changes seasonally. This line is designed more for food service outlets such as pubs, hotels and restaurants, however some items will also suit any business serving meals such as schools, hospitals and nursing homes. Available either chilled or frozen, the range includes Aurora Lamb marinated roasts, frozen 1kg wet dishes, game pies and BBQ lamb spare ribs.
