Listed below is a small selection. Please note most items are made to order. Some are offered seasonally and we are always introducing more dishes.
- Lamb Hot Pot Pie – ready to put straight in the oven for a hearty family dinner or use the catering size for your next buffet. Available as individual pot pies for food service and retail.
- BBQ Lamb Spare Ribs – marinated in tangy BBQ sauce.
- Smoked Lamb Rump – a great addition to your charcuterie or cheesboard
- Lamb Shanks in Red Wine Sauce – either cooked or uncooked, perfect for your room service menu or on your counter lunch menu.
- Wet dishes – Irish Stew or Japanese style curry comes in 2kg size only, frozen and vacuum packed for easy use on the buffet.
